While we love sharing the experience, we recommend visiting alone so that you can fully relax during your treatment. We also understand the challenges of motherhood, but we kindly ask that you leave your little ones at home. Skin Avenue Collective is designed as a peaceful space for you to unwind and fully enjoy your experience. Additionally, some of our treatments involve advanced procedures, and for safety reasons, we cannot accommodate children in the clinic.

We recommend avoiding sun exposure, and refraining from using active skincare products in the days leading up to your treatment.
Please also fill in your Skin Avenue Collective Consultation Form, depending on your treatment you will have individual Consent forms to fill in on your arrival.
Treatment times vary depending on the type of service you’ve booked. Typically, treatments last anywhere from 30-90minutes.
Most of our treatments have little to no downtime. However, some treatments may cause temporary redness, swelling, or mild irritation. We will discuss any aftercare or recovery time during your consultation.
With each visit, we strive to provide you with the full experience. Before or after your treatment, you’re welcome to relax in our lounge and enjoy a hot or cold drink along with a selection of sweet or savory treats. If you’d like to take advantage of this, please allow extra time before or after your appointment to unwind and indulge.
if you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible on 0421 428 428. We will do our best to accommodate you, but depending on our schedule, your treatment time may need to be adjusted. If you're too late, we may need to reschedule.
You can reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. If you need to cancel within this timeframe, please text us at 0421 428 428.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, but please note that missed appointments impact our business. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask for advance notice. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in the remaining balance being charged to your account.
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards.
There is 1-hour free parking available right outside the clinic on Hay St, though it is rarely checked. However, if you’d prefer a safer option, there is 2+ hour paid parking on Olive St and May Ave. Please note that we are not responsible for any parking fines.
Our clinic is located at Suite 5, 217 Hay Street, Subiaco, 6008. The entrance is through the gates situated between Star Brow Studio and the Harmony News Post Office. Please note that standard business hours (Monday–Friday), the gate may appear locked. However, it is simply heavy—firmly pulling the gate will allow access.
