This policy applies to all services and treatments provided by Skin Avenue Collective.
General
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and offer refunds, repairs, and replacements only in accordance with the ACL and the terms outlined in this policy.
Cosmetic injectable services—including anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers, fat-dissolving treatments, and any other TGA-regulated prescription treatments—are not eligible for refunds once administered.
Each client’s body metabolises and responds to wrinkle relaxers (e.g. anti-wrinkle treatments such as Botox or Dysport), fillers, or fat-dissolving agents (e.g. Kybella) differently. Risks such as ptosis (drooping), asymmetry, raised or lowered muscle activity, bruising, swelling, redness, tenderness, and vascular occlusion are discussed with clients prior to treatment and form part of the informed consent process.
Adverse reactions, including allergic responses, while rare, are a known risk and do not qualify for a refund of treatment fees. In such cases, appropriate medical support will be provided.

Australian Consumer Law
The ACL provides consumer guarantees that protect your rights when purchasing services. Skin Avenue Collective strictly adheres to the ACL.
In the rare instance that a product or service is faulty (not due to known side effects or expected results), you may be eligible for a refund, redelivery of the service, or a replacement, as outlined by the ACL.

Non-Transferable
Treatments, services, packages, and memberships are non-transferable to other individuals or clinics.
Response Time
All refund or service redelivery requests will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the request and supporting documentation.

Cancellations
